Customer Service Management Agents and Specialists.

Responsibilities will include:
* Build relationships and customer confidence by providing a high level of service.
* Deal with existing business customers across Hungary and other parts of Europe.
* Manage customer requests, queries and complaints, involving other team members as necessary.
* Achieve service level targets and ensure customer satisfaction long term.
* Specialise in financial or logistic areas with a view to progressing to other jobs in the future.

We require
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good language skills in Hungarian, English and either French, Dutch or German.
* Wish to work in Prague for a major international FMCG company.
