Glen Hanlon fired as Slovakia ice hockey coach [May 19, 2011] Glen Hanlon has been fired as Slovakia coach after the team's poor performance at the ice hockey world championship. The Slovak Ice Hockey Federation said Wednesday that its executive committee voted 7-2 to dismiss Hanlon.
