Finland downs Slovakia 8-5 in world juniors
Markus Granlund scored twice and had an assist to lead Finland to an 8-5 win over Slovakia in the quarterfinals of the world junior men's hockey championship Monday. Granlund's older brother Mikael also had a goal and three assists for Finland, which advanced to face Sweden in the semifinals on Tuesday.
